gnu: python-pytest-enabler: Update to 3.4.0.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pytest-enabler): Update to 3.4.0.
[arguments] <tests?>: Enable them.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-importlib-resources.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-black, python-pytest-checkdocs,
python-pytest-flake8, python-pytest-mypy, and python-types-toml.
