gnu: aide: Update to 0.19.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (aide): Update to 0.19.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add "--without-fstype" flag to disable the
support for Linux-only file system type restricted rules.
[inputs]: Remove libmhash; add nettle.
