gnu: python-bigfloat: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-bigfloat)[source]: Add snippet to delete
generated file.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Disable one test; add phase 'cythonize.
[native-inputs]: Add python-cython, python-pytest, python-setuptools, and
python-wheel.
