* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-click): Update to 8.1.8.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch contacting tests.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <phases>: Use default 'check.
[native-inputs]: Add less and python-flit-core.
