gnu: python-fancycompleter: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-fancycompleter):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments, description]: Run guix style.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.
