* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-autobahn): Update to 24.4.2.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Use Gexp.
<#:phases>: Add new phases 'relax-zope-interface' and
'strip-xbr' after 'unpack'.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel.
