gnu: python-pyte: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/terminals.scm (python-pyte):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel. Remove
python-pytest-runner.
