gnu: services: Add gunicorn-service-type.
* gnu/services/web.scm
(<gunicorn-configuration>, <gunicorn-app>): New records.
(unix-socket?, unix-socket-path, gunicorn-activation,
gunicorn-shepherd-services): New procedures.
(gunicorn-service-type): New variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Web Services): Document the new service.
