gnu: Remove python-pathtools.
The same functionality is a part of standard Python library, this
project is not maintained since 2014, see:
<https://github.com/gorakhargosh/pathtools/issues/4>.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pathtools): Delete variable.
