gnu: python-sortedcontainers: Switch to pyproject, enable tests.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-sortedcontainers):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch containing tests.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <tests?>: Now enable them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-bootstrap and python-setuptools.
