gnu: Remove unused patches.
* gnu/packages/patches/dbus-c++-gcc-compat.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/dbus-c++-threading-mutex.patch: Remove files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister them.
