gnu: python-pybtex: Update to 0.25.0.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pybtex): Update to 0.25.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Drop them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools. Remove python-six.
[description]: Improve style.
