* gnu/packages/patches/gettext-libunicode-update.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister.
* gnu/packages/gettext.scm (gettext-minimal): Update to 0.23.
[source]: Remove patch.
[arguments]: In phase "patch-tests", skip gnulib test "test-execute.sh".
