gnu: python-bonsai: Update to 1.5.4.
* gnu/packages/openldap.scm (python-bonsai): Update to 1.5.4.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Enable them.
<#:test-flags>: Ignore failing tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.
