gnu: z3: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (z3):
[arguments]<#:imported-modules, #:modules, #:phases>: Switch to
pyproject-build-system.
<#:phases>: Replace phase 'compile-python-modules by the one in
pyproject-build-system.
