gnu: libgit2: Set default version to 1.9.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (libgit2): Define as libgit2-1.9.
* gnu/packages/ruby-xyz.scm (ruby-rugged)[inputs]: Replace libgit2 by
libgit2-1.6.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pygit2)[propagated-inputs]:
Replace libgit2 by libgit2-1.5.
