Revert "gnu: shepherd-1.0: Use latest guile-fibers."
This reverts commit 2ba475d37aade4f551d39f65faef8b9c597f1cf9. Fibers 1.4.0
introduces a new bug, which uses 100% of a CPU core. Reported in
<https://codeberg.org/shepherd/shepherd/issues/1>.
