gnu: python-jsonnet: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/cpp.scm (python-jsonnet):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Ignore wrong search directory.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pyyaml, python-pytest, python-setuptools.
