* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-isbnlib): Update to 3.10.14.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Ignore network-dependent tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-cov, python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
