gnu: duckdb: Build with for core extensions.
DuckDB comes with a set of built-in extensions. This commit enables
those that don't require extra dependencies.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (duckdb)[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add
BUILD_EXTENSIONS with autocomplete, fts, icu, json, parquet and tpch.
