gnu: netperf: Update to 2.7.0-2.afc51ff.
* gnu/packages/networking.scm (netperf): Update to 2.7.0-2.afc51ff.
This fixes the build with current gcc.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Extend CFLAGS.
