gnu: python-readchar: Update to 4.2.1.
* gnu/packages/machine-learning.scm (python-readchar): Update to 4.2.1.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch, providing test data.
[arguments]: Use G-Expressions; remove delete-windows-file #:phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-wheel; add python-pytest,
python-pytest-cov and python-setuptools-next.
