gnu: python-drmaa: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-drmaa):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Run guix style -S arguments.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
