build: test-driver.scm: Fix test-reporting with guile 3.0.11.
With srfi-64 from guile 3.0.11 the test name is no longer in the
test-result-alist.
* build-aux/test-driver.scm (test-runner-gnu): Use test-runner-test-name to
access test-name.
