gnu: python-pycountry: Update to 24.6.1.
* gnu/packages/iso-codes.scm (python-pycountry): Update to 24.6.1.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-poetry-core, python-pytest,
python-pytest-cov.
[home-page]: Update them.
