gnu: python-pypeg2: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pypeg2):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Enable them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
