gnu: python-setuptools-next: Mark as deprecated.
Replace all python-setuptools-next occurrences with python-setuptools.
* gnu/packages/python-build.scm (python-setuptools-next):
Mark as a deprecated public alias.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-asdf-coordinates-schemas,
python-asdf-standard, python-jplephem, python-rad)
[native-inputs]: Replace python-setuptools-next
with python-setuptools.
* python-crypto.scm (python-ed25519) [native-inputs]:
