gnu: python-dulwich: Update to 1.0.0.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-dulwich): Update to 1.0.0.
[arguments]<#:test-flags, #:phases>: Refresh them.
[native-inputs]: Add openssh-sans-x, python-merge3,
python-setuptools-rust. Remove python-wheel.
