gnu: python-minio: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-minio):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Replace <#:phases> with <#:test-flags>.
[native-inputs]: Remove them. Add python-pytest,
python-setuptools-next.
