* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-google-resumable-media): Update to 2.8.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Migrate to <#:test-flags>, ignore failing
tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-asyncio, python-setuptools. Remove
python-requests.
