gnu: python-ajsonrpc: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-ajsonrpc):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools, python-wheel.
