* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-roman): Update to 5.2.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch for tests.
[build-system]: Switch to python-pyproject.
[arguments]<#:test-backend>: Switch to unittest.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[license]: Switch to ZPL 2.1.
