gnu: python-appdirs: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-appdirs):
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <test-backend>: Use 'unittest.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
